We are Véronique Bogliolo Friedman and Molly Flanagan, co-founders of OpenField Solutions, culture designers and solutionizers.
We bring 43 years of combined experience across public and private sectors, multinational organizations and Fortune 500 companies with a range of positions spanning from coach and consultant to global business executive and human resources leader.
We thrive by offering bespoke solutions to our clients when they facetimes of disruption, complex situations, and need an external partner toshape their way forward.

Véronique Bogliolo Friedman

- 25+ years experience in the consumer goods industry, heading global functions in a Fortune 500 company.
- Professional experience in Strategy and Planning, Innovation, Consumer-centricity, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- ICF-PCC certified neuro- transformational coach, with 1100+ hours across 70+ coaching clients, individuals and teams.
- Transformational Leadership coach and facilitator, and team dynamics expert.
- Worked and lived in the USA, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Lebanon, and Senegal.
- Loves the arts, Broadway shows and opera, hiking in the mountains, and walking her dog in New York City.

About Molly Flanagan
Just about the first thing I did after being appointed to lead a major office within the United Nations in early 2019 was to reach out across my new team to gauge the temperature. What came back was that the personnel were in need of some “TLC”, and in particular that the culture and skill level of middle management was not where it needed to be if we were going to achieve the kind of high-performance ‘can do’ culture that our clients expected and deserved.
I reached out to Molly, why Molly? because Molly takes a different approach to building workplace cultures and skill development! I wasn’t disappointed! Molly took an all encompassing approach and designed an impactful programme that helped build the organizational culture that was needed.
It also had the added bonus of setting up managers for greater impact and success in their personal careers in the future. Would I use Molly and her team again? Absolutely, with no hesitation.
